This report covers all exploration conducted by Newmont Waihi Gold (Newmont)for Glass Earth (New Zealand) Ltd on Waihi West EP 40-767, from 21st December 2005 to 20th December 2010. Work completed includes Geological field work, geophysical gravity, aeromagnetic and CSAMT resistivity surveys, drilling, soil sampling and assaying, resource modelling and Martha pit western layback scoping studies. Results from the above studies revealed potential for high-grade gold-silver mineralisation hosted in epithermal veins within Miocence andesites of the Waipupu formation.
