This report by Greymouth Petroleum Turangi Limited summarises the development plan for Turangi McKee Overthrust Field. The field is currently being developed by four wells; Urenui-1R, Ohanga-1, Ohanga-2 ST2 and Onaero-1R. The wells produce 8MMscf/d of gas and 320bopd of condensate from the overthrust McKee Formation in all wells, and the Matapo Member from Urenui-1R, and to date have produced a cumulative 13B scf of gas and 505 Mbbls condensate. For future development of the Turangi McKee Overthrust, additional drainage locations are required, these are currently under evaluation. An additional 8 inches pipeline is also under evaluation between the junction of Ohanga Road and Inland North Road and Turangi A Production Station. This will reduce the back-pressure on the existing wells to maximise ultimate recovery and in addition will provide ullage for future wells.
