PMP 38158 Pateke-4H, -4H ST1, -4H ST2 Well Completion Report

Pateke-4H,a deviated development well, was spudded on the 9th of February 2014 in permit PMP38158 (AWE Taranaki Ltd) with drill rig Kan Tan 4. The primary objective of the Pateke-4H well was to intersect and complete for production, a sub-horizontal section of around 1250m in the Kapuni F10 sand. Due to on-going down-hole drilling problems, the well required 2 sidetracks. Pateke-4H reached a TD of 4110 mMDRT on the 6th of March 2014. Pateke-4H ST1 was kicked off from 3474m and reached a TD of 4083M MDRT on the 26th of March 2014. Pateke-4H ST2 was kicked off from 3587m and reached a TD of 4772 mMDRT on the 29th of April 2014. Pateke-4H and -4H ST1 were plugged and abandoned, -4H ST2 was successfully completed for production and the rig released on the 18th of May 2014.
