Moturoa-7 Well Seismic Processing Report

This report by Schlumberger describes the well seismic processing undertaken for Greymouth Petroleum Ltd in Moturoa-7 (PEP 38464/ PMP 50509), located in the Taranaki Basin. A borehole seismic survey was recorded in the deviated (max. 57 deg) onshore well Moturoa-7 on 4 September 2007. This survey included two separate offset VSP passes using a Far Offset Dynamite source onshore as well as a Near Offset Airgun source deployed from an offshore barge. The data were acquired using a 4 shuttle Vertical Seismic Imager tool (VSI-4) downhole. This report comments on the quality of the acquired data and presents the final re-picked and processed survey results.
