The Kaimiro-1 ST1 and Kaimiro-2 ST2 wells were drilled in 2019 within PMP38148, onshore Taranaki. Kaimiro-1 ST1 was drilled as a pilot hole for the Kaimiro-1 ST2 deviated development well, which had a McKee Formation target. The ST1 well kicked off on 16.12.2018, and drilled directionally to a depth of 4900 mMDBRT. The ST2 well was then kicked off on 29.01.2019, continuing to a TD of 4698 MMDBRT. The well was completed with a 3.5 inch slotted liner across the reservoir interval, prior to rig release on 1.03.2019.
