Cheal-E1 Well Completion Report

Cheal-E1, an exploration well, was spudded on the 18th August 2013 by Webster Drilling's Nova-1 rig in PEP54877, onshore Taranaki Basin. The target of the well was an amplitude anomaly at the MM3 sandstone horizon to the east of the main Cheal-A field. Secondary targets were in the Urenui Formation and Intra Mount Messenger. A total depth of 1910m MDBRT was reached on the 31st August 2013. The rig was released on the 9th September 2013 after well perforation activities were complete.
