Vitrinite-Inertinite, Reflectance & Fluorescence Report for PEP53537 summarising the analyses completed by Newman Energy Research, New Zealand, and resulting interpretation of cuttings samples from several Taranaki Basin wells. Analyses was undertaken in January 2012 on samples from the MBIE Core Store in Featherston, for the purposes of investigating vitrinite reflectance and thermal maturity in the area of the Kahurangi Trough in the offshore south western part of the basin. The Kahurangi Trough is interpreted to be the source kitchen for hydrocarbons in the western part of the basin.
