Waihapa Ngaere Enhanced Oil Project Reveiw

This report by NZEC (Waihapa) Ltd summarizes the review of phase three of the Enhanced Oil Project, which is to improve oil production from the Waihapa-Ngaere oilfiled. The objective of phase three is focusing on the installation of one or more electrical submersible pump(s) (ESP) in existing production wells to increase fluid offtake from the field. The outcome of this review is that an ESP is recommended to be installed at Ngaere-1. In Q1 2019 an ESP was successfully run in Ngaere-1.
