Maui-8 Pre-Drill Site Survey - Survey Operations Report

This report summarizes the Maui-8, pre-drill site survey operations conducted from 28 March to 5 April 2019 by Fugro for OMV in PML381012 offshore Taranaki Basin. This redacted version is for Maui-8. To ensure that drilling operations can be completed safely, single pass geophysical, 2D High Resolution survey and geotechnical investigations were undertaken at each of the proposed well locations. The primary objectives are to provide seabed and sub-seabed data to inform drilling hazard risk assessment and to determine soil properties relevant to drilling and anchoring operations. This report describes the survey’s operations, equipment, personnel, survey parameters and health, safety, security, environmental and quality details.
