PEP 60091, offshore Taranaki Basin was awarded to OMV New Zealand Ltd in April 2015. The Pipeline 3D was acquired in the permit area in 2013. This report details work done to improve the initial 2014 velocity model from WesternGeco performed in 2014. Processing started in July 2016 and ended March 2017. Further work discussed in the report includes: Improving seismic bandwidth though deghosting technology; improving imaging of the reservoir targets; improving definition of fault surfaces; solving an anomalous high velocity zone present in the final WesternGeco velocity model; improving residual depth between markers and horizons at well locations.
