PEP 53374 Seismic interpretation, facies and AVO analysis report 2014

This report is an interpretation of all the work completed by Todd Exploration for PEP 53374, Offshore Taranaki Basin. Work since 2012 has included 2D & 3D seismic reprocessing, facies and AVO analysis of the (new) Vulcan prospect and Maui NE Lead. Reprocessing and merging of the Maui & Opunake 3D surveys as well as selected 2D lines has allowed better imaging of leads and prospects. Mapping of the Opunake lead appears structurally complex and may be limited. Mapping and AVO analysis of the new Vulcan prospect indicate the possibility of hydrocarbons. AVO/attribute studies of the Maui NE play are ambiguous. The acquisition of 3D seismic is required for the Vulcan and other identified leads to mature them for drilling
