A petrophysical review of the Maari Area within PEP 38413, now PMP 38431, has been carried out by WellEval.com Ltd for OMV NZ Ltd. The three sections of the report address the Moki/M2A formations, the Kapuni Formation and finally the use of the same methodologies for data from the Maui-4 well(Manaia). The Moki sands have been identified as the base of a capillary zone while the two Kapuni sands have been identified as separate accumulations with oil estimates for both the upper and lower sands at a little over 2000 mSS.
