Simultaneous Inversion Study, Pohokura and Okoki Area

In December 2007 Tap Oil Pty Ltd contracted Fugro-Jason to conduct a study of the Pohokura-1, Pohokura-2, and Okoki-1 wells in PEP 38496, Taranaki, New Zealand. This study was conducted to derive wavelets and provide constraints for a low frequency model for the inversion of the low angle-stack seismic data. The analysis of the inversion data has provided indication of the reservoir and hydrocarbon potential in PEP 38496.
