Middle and upper Miocene Foraminiferal Biostratigraphy of Cardiff-1 and Cheal Petroleum Exploration Drillholes Onshore Taranaki.

This study was undertaken to upgrade biostratigraphic resolution in the Southland and lower Taranaki Series (mid to upper Miocene), section of Cheal-1 and Cardiff-1. The aim to improve understanding of the stratigraphic relationship between Tongaporutuan rocks and the underlying strata of the Southland Series.
