This report describes the processing of seismic data acquired offshore New Zealand (PML 381012) by GECO in 1991. The seismic data was recorded by M/V Geco Delta and Kappa between January and April 1991, recording 12 subsurface lines in one pass with Quad-Quad configuration. The decision whether to drill a horizontal well from the Maui-B platform depends critically on the depth structure there. Such geological context and low well coverage means that good velocity analysis is extremely important. For this purpose, the density of analysis points will be doubled in certain areas, and special attention will be payed to the velocity study. Preservation of amplitudes will also be a priority. Seismic acquisition was NS, sub-parallel to the major faults.
