The appraisal well Maui-7 is positioned 4km NNE of Maui-1 in 112.1m of water and is the third and last well of the 1986 appraisal campaign. The well has been designed to provide control on the structure, reservoir development and productivity and composition of the gas in the C1 sandstone in the Maui B area. In addition the gas and oil rim accumulation in the D sandstone will be evaluated for composition, depletion and productivity.
