Final report Farewell (1984) seismic survey PPL 38119.

The Farewell (1984) Seismic Survey was conducted by Whitestone NZ Ltd during the period May 5 - 12, 1984 in PPL 38119, Taranaki Basin, NZ. The survey was comprised of 20 separate profiles involving a total of 458.963 kms. 60 fold CDP seismic reflection data were recorded along all profiles. The survey was designed to investigate three structures within PPL 38119 and adjacent areas; the Kahurangi trend in the NW, the Farewell structure in the SE and the Northcape structure in the south central area. This report presents a comprehensive description of the survey operation and results.
