This partial relinquishment report, by KO Gold NZ Limited, discusses the exploration activities that have been undertaken in the relinquished portions of PP 60674, located in the Otago Region. KO Gold NZ Limited (KO Gold) was granted prospecting permit (PP) 60674 on 15 December 2020. The permit was granted over ~214 km2 and is located ~35 km southwest of Dunedin. The permit was granted for an initial duration of two years with the primary objective of identifying exploration targets for orogenic gold mineralisation. This report summarises all work completed by KO Gold on the relinquished area of PP 60674 between 15 December 2020 and 13 December 2023. A total of 94 soil samples, 40 stream samples, four rock chip samples, and three structural measurements were completed within the now relinquished area, along with a reinterpretation of geophysical data. Based on the available prospecting results, KO Gold considers the area to have low prospectivity.
