This report provides a technical overview of the Bendigo Ophir gold project in MEP 60311, Otago. The targeted shear zone which is analogous to the Hyde-Macraes shear zone is mapped and inferred to extend over 30 kilometers within the project area. JORC compliant inferred resources totaling 10 Mt containing 203,000 to 253,000 oz gold at a grade of 0.6 to 0.8 gram per tonne estimated at a 0.25 gram per tonne gold cut-off grade.
