This report discusses technical work carried out between Aug 2017 and Aug 2020 on G.A. Young and Co Ltd. exploration permit 60368 (Cattle Flat), Southland. Work done includes a literature review and compilation of legacy data, geological mapping, passive seismic surveys, and four drilling programmes. The passive seismic survey consisted of six survey lines at 400 m spacing, totalling 2,117 line metres. The survey successfully delineated the basement contact. The four drill programmes totalled 25 holes, with 838 m drilled. Significant high-grade gold mineralisation was intersected by the most recent programme.
