This report discusses exploration activities carried out within MEP40813, Coromandel, from 7th September 2018 to 6th September 2019. Work completed during this period included: An updated geological and alteration interpretation of the Wires Ridge/Wentworth area; geochemical sampling involving 335 soil and 63 rock chip samples; spectral sampling involving 335 soil and 198 rock chip samples; LIDAR. The results of this work are promising, demonstrating the upper features of an Au/Ag-bearing epithermal system with the potential of discovering a significant vein deposit amenable to underground mining. Exploratory drilling work is planned to further assess prospectivity, but is currently held up by resource consenting issues.
