Relinquishment Report Minerals Exploration (EP)57398 'Hokitika North' West Coast, South Island

This report discusses the reasons for relinquishment of MEP 57398, onshore West Coast. Work completed and reported here includes a literature review and a Geological Mapping programme. Channel samples were taken within the active beach and dune zone of the southern Taramakau bar between the sea and the estuary. Two channel samples were logged and a visual estimate of the percentage of free garnet completed.
