MEP 51985 - Puhipuhi Work Program Commitment Report to 19 October 2016

The Puhipuhi Exploration Permit MEP 51985 held by Evolution Mining NZ Pty Ltd is located approximately 30 km north of Whangarei in Northland, New Zealand. This report describes the work completed within the permit since it was acquired by Evolution Ming NZ Pty Ltd in June 2015 to its scheduled expiry date of October 2016. An extension of duration has subsequently been granted for a further three years. Work completed during this reporting period includes CSAMT ground geophysical surveys, and construction of a 3D geological model that incorporates the new geophysics results and all previous exploration results from the permit area. An extensive Environmental Baseline Survey was commissioned in February 2016, using an independent NZ consultant. Diamond drilling of key targets is in progress; drilling commenced on 8th June 2016 and a total of 2607 m of diamond drilling was completed to 19 October 2016. A number of new targets have been identified from the 2015 and 2016 geophysics results combined with new interpretation of available data, particularly from geophysical, geochemical and geological mapping data sets, which have not been previously modelled in 3D space. The proposed ongoing work program includes completion of drill testing, soil sampling and additional CSAMT coverage within MEP 51985.
