Iluka Resources Ltd Annual Technical Report 2014-15 (Tiwai Point Drilling)

This report serves as both the 2014-15 annual technical report for MEP 54056, and as the relinquishment report for the permit. MEP54056 was a placer hosted gold exploration project, that involved a desktop study of the whole Southland region, followed by reconnaissance trips within the permit area to ground truth models. Exploratory drilling was undertaken, with four sonic holes drilled and geochemical assay completed. Two regressive marine sequences with low grade mineralisation were intersected and the permit deemed non-prospective.
