This relinquishment report outlines the work completed on MEP 54212, the Mokihinui prospect between August 2012 and August 2015. Extensive research revealed that there was very little in the way of available historical data. Fieldwork consisted of ground truthing the unit contacts as indicated by the QMAP geological map of the permit area. This confirmed the extent of the target alluvial, however the deposits were found to be thinner than expected.
