This report outlines the exploration work completed by Waihi Gold Company Limited and Glass Earth (New Zealand) between May 2011 and May 2013 for the exploration permit (EP) 40598 in the Waikato. Work in this period has included 5724 m of diamond drilling, a geochemical sampling program, geological mapping, a CSAMT resistivity survey, a pilot gravity survey, a LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging Survey) and a resource estimate. Exploration work at WKP has outlined vein mineralization that demonstrates three dimensional continuity, thickness, and grades that can potentially be extracted economically. An Inferred Mineral Resource at WKP is estimated to total 1.3 Mt at an average grade of 6.2 g/t Au and 9.3 g/t Ag for a total of 260,000 ounces of gold and 390,000 ounces of silver.
