The report summarises an investigation undertaken to determine whether an exploration permit is warranted in order to further define the PGE/Cr prospectivity in the West Dome area Southland. Rock Samples were assayed for Au, Pt, Pd, Ni, and Cr. Although it is unlikely that the deposit is of economical size there is not enough evidence to rule this possibility out.
