38 scout holes and 3 churn holes assayed 4.6% ilmenite, with reserves of 167,400 tonnes from 2,103,700 cum mineral sand from Mikonui Beach. Gold assayed 0.032 g/tonne, reserves of 103,000g. This was uneconomic.
