Drilling carried out in Strongman West Block showed the presence of two workable seams and have been correalted with C and D seams of the Strongman State Coal Mine. Two estimates of coal quantities are given, one based on the average thickness of coal intersected in the boreholes, and second based on average thickness of 10ft(3.04m). First estimates gives 5,030,000 tons and second 3,927, 000 tons indicated coal in ground. Also dicussed in detail is the geology of Strongman State Coal Mine that is pertinent to the Strongman West Block.
