Since granting of the permit L&M has carried out an extensive programme of work including detailed data review and compilation of drilling and analytical results of earlier work programmes. L&M has also carried out field mapping and drilling programmes. This report presents all results of work completed to date including resource estimates of coal in ground and recommendations for further work. As part of its studies L&M has commissioned a number of detailed reports on the permit. Much of the information presented here is derived from these reports, in particular Sherwood et al (2006).
