Report objective is attempting to evaluate the value of Mt. Davy coal in the context of the other Australia, US and Canadian coals being imported by Japan. The first part of this report is a review of technical properties of coking coals being sought by the Japanese Steel Mills. This is followed by a comparison of the technical properties of the Mt. Davy coals and those given in the 1973 Report.
