Geological description of the Horotea Pa, Waitomo and nearby areas. The strata have yeilded Pn microfaunas and neede to be carefully studied so that the Mahoenui sandstones cropping out in the southern part of the bulletin area (e.g. Karamu anf Te Pahu) can be correctly mapped. I this report only, these beds will be referred to as Horotea Pa beds.
