Final Geological Report on Drilling Investigations within EP40564 Rainbow Mountain Rotorua.

A machine drilling investigation comprising 15 core boreholes has been completed within EP 40564. Investigations have identified a volcanic deposit comprising a complex sequence of overlapping successive flows of Dacite, Andesite and volcanic debris including ash and agglomerate within a ridge located immediately south-east of Rainbow Mountain. A potential aggregate resource has been identified and a preliminary quarry design for extraction of an average 125,000 tonnes of weak to very strong rock per year for 30 years developed.
