The main objective of the Nikau-3D survey was to fully evaluate the exploration potential of block PEP57075 and to reduce geological uncertainty. The second objective was to merge the two different marine seismic acquisition types Nikau 3D (broadband Geostreamer) and Parihaka 3D (conventional) vintages (in time, phase and amplitude) to facilitate regional interpretation, and completely image the key Gladstone lead. Processing started in March 2017 and ended in March 2018.
