This partial relinquishment report by New Age Exploration Limited describes the relinquished portion of MPP60544 located in the Otago Region. An extension of duration for MPP60544 for a further two years has been applied for which has resulted in 58.365km2 of the permit being relinquished. Work completed in the relinquished area includes a literature review and review of Glass Earth's geophysical data. From this work a series of electromagnetic lineations were identified that represent potential contact between carbonaceous pelitic schist and overlying mafic psammitic-pelitic schist as a guide to possible mineralised shear zones. A single soil line was completed in the area but no anomalies identified. An update geological map was also produced.
